New York Rangers Henrik Lundqvist’s made a brilliant glove save from Boston Bruins David Krejci on the opening day of the NHL season. It wasn’t enough however as the Rangers went down 3-1 to the Bruins in Boston.
The save however showed great athleticism from the Swede as he reached back to grab the puck on the line. Krejci was sure he had scored and asked the referee to go upstairs to check if the puck had crossed the line
It may only be the first day but this save will likely be a Save Of The Year contender at the end of the season.
